The Scottish Football Partnership has made a Facilities Award to Civil Service Strollers F.C to assist with the cost of installing a covered spectator enclosure at the club’s ground in Edinburgh. Keith Stewart, Secretary of the club confirmed that the new enclosure would improve and enhance the facilities at the ground and would help the club move towards compliance with The Scottish FA’s National Club licensing criteria at entry level. He went on to say that “This project has benefitted not only our supporters but those of visiting teams. It provides shelter from the elements and provides greater spectator comfort on match days.” “The SFP took the time to visit our facility on more than one occasion, provided advice when appropriate and in our opinion the way the funding process was handled was excellent.”
