Since 2011 Nairn County football club have been working towards acheiving National Club Licensing with the support of The Scottish Football Partnership. To date the club has invested £45,700 in upgrading and improving Station Park and club Chairman Peter Mackintosh explained that in his view the projects undertaken thus far have been significant and an outstanding success. “The projects including our most recent one which involved the upgrading of our floodlights would not have been possible without the direct financial support we received from the SFP. My experience of the SFP has been that it has proved user friendly in terms of seeking guidance and has been of tremendous assistance from concept design stage to completion of the projects. Nairn County F.C have further improvements to the infrastructure at station Park planned and look forward to working closely with the SFP in the not to distant future”.
