The purpose of The Scottish Football Partnership Trust’s Growing the Game Award, in partnership with The Clydesdale Bank, is to assist Scottish FA Quality Mark clubs add one new team to their playing membership. The funding provided assists with the start-up cost of a new team and is delivered in conjunction with the Regional Football Development staff. This ambitious project aims to create 60 new grassroots teams during the 2016/17 season.

Rossvale F.C. from Bishopbriggs in Glasgow were fortunate enough to receive a Growing the Game award for their new 2009 age-group. As you can see from the above photograph, the team has lots of budding stars just ready to start their footballing careers! Ian Grey from the club was delighted with the assistance given by the SFP Trust in partnership with the Clydesdale Bank and passed on the thanks of the young players for this award.
