“The defibrillator has been a great addition to our newly acquired facility at Castle Douglas High School, giving peace of mind to our coaches, players and parents. There will be over 250 children at the facility every week and the Sports/PE Department of the school will also have access. We are so grateful for this award.”

      medical equipment

Life-saving medical equipment like defibrillators are essential for grassroots clubs, particularly those in remote areas.

      safeguarding scottish football

For grassroots clubs to truly flourish, they must be able to provide a safe and secure environment for players and staff. We are committed to improving safety standards across grassroots football through education and the provision of equipment.

      delivering defibrillators across scotland

Working in conjunction with The Kilpatrick Fraser Charitable Trust, we have delivered and installed defibrillators to a total of 82 grassroots clubs across Scotland.

Defibrillation can produce survival rates of 50%-70% if administered within 3-5 minutes of collapse.

Having these defibrillators installed at football grounds can save lives and safeguard players, staff and supporters. They are particularly vital in remote areas where ambulance response times can be longer.
