COVID-19 Contingency Arrangements
As a small company and charity we are committed to the health of our employees as well as providing an undisrupted service to the clubs and organisations we engage with. Due to the ongoing spread of the COVID-19 flu throughout the UK, we have been busy preparing to ensure it’ll be business as usual if our office is forced to close.
To minimise the risk of infection our staff have been instructed to follow the advice of the UK government and will be self-isolating if there is any sign of the illness which could impact their ongoing health. We have also increased the level of office cleaning, paying attention to all commonly touched surfaces in our workplace such as countertops, doorknobs and shared workspaces.
If the government advises us to do so, our staff are prepared and ready to work from home; taking your calls and answering your emails just as we would if we were in the office. This means there should be no disruption to the availability of support or general customer service.
In the event that our entire workforce need to work remotely we will operate as follows:
Our staff will be able to be contacted via email, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 07554450000. We can also be contacted via twitter @SFP_football .From any of these mediums we will be able to route any requests for support to the appropriate team/person to ensure you receive the support required to resolve any issues reported.
