The SFP Trust has recently awarded two sets of 4 -v- 4 goalposts to East Fife Youth Academy for use by the club’s young players.
The club was delighted to receive this new equipment and Lorna Macaulay, Head of the Youth Academy commented;
“After having suffered several break-ins and acts of vandalism, the award from The SFP Trust allowed us to receive two new sets of fun four goalposts for the many young footballers we have at the club. We have over 300 players at the Academy taking part on a weekly basis and around 90 children under the age of seven, and these new goals will allow the children to train and play games properly and enjoy their moment of scoring!”
“East Fife Youth Academy would like to say a massive thank you to The SFP Trust for awarding us these new goals and for helping us in our hour of need. We can honestly say that this new equipment will be used on a daily basis and will help create the right atmosphere and game scenario for these young children.”
